The Story Starts with

Dao Jensen

Table for Six Brands is the vision of founder Dao Jensen. As a young immigrant from Vietnam, the second youngest of six sisters, she worked from early on in her family’s Minnesota restaurant, seeing firsthand how customers responded to her family’s authentic sauces and condiments. 

After a successful career in tech, Dao returned to her family’s savory recipes to launch a flavor-forward sauce and condiment brand, which later evolved into OohNami!, a dynamic collective of food and experience-driven concepts inspired by countless meals at her table.

Today, in addition to sitting as CEO of Table for Six Brands, Dao travels the world, inspiring conference audiences with her own story, bringing people together, sharing ideas and opportunities to grow Table for Six. ​

Ruby Chan, founder of FreshZen, is now part of the Table for Six Brands family.

Fresh Zen is a brand devoted to crafting healthy, natural sauces designed to elevate everyday cooking. Inspired by founder Ruby’s parents’ restaurant in New York’s Chinatown, we make “Clean Asian”, chef-quality sauces that have no additives, no extra sugar, just pure fresh ingredients that you can pronounce and recognize. Fresh Zen promises to spark your family’s everyday meals with a zing of healthy nutrition, captivating flavor, and everyday ease. ​
